Thousand edition price

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The price per thousand copies (TAP) is a key figure from media planning . It indicates the amount of money how much an advertisement (usually print advertisement ) costs for 1000 copies of an advertising medium . This makes it possible, for example, to compare the costs of advertisements in daily newspapers with different circulations . Depending on the publisher , the TAP is calculated as follows:

  1. Method: Ad cost × 1000 / circulation sold
  2. Method: Ad cost × 1000 / circulation
