Teamo Supremo is about a superhero team made up of three children. Captain Crandall, a North American, wields a marble yo-yo, boomerang, and shield as weapons. Hippie Chick (Brenda), a Japanese woman, can transform and uses a skipping rope as a weapon. Skater Boy (Hector Felipe Corrio), a Mexican, uses a jet-powered skateboard as a weapon. A stranger tells them which villains are threatening their town of Townsville. The bad guys are Baron Blitz, Technor the Mechanical Man, Chopper Daddy, Scooter Lad, The Birthday Bandit, Ms. Snake, Mister Gross, Helius Inflato, Laser Pirate, The Gauntlet Crawford, Hypnotheria, Dehydro, Mister Vague, Electronica and Big Skull .

In the US, Teamo Supremo was broadcast on the Disney Channel on January 20, 2002 in the Saturday morning program. From September of the same year, Toon Disney ran the second season. The third season followed in the spring of 2003 on ABC .
