Teja Dambon (born August 11, 1971 in Iserlohn ) is a former German ice hockey player who, among other things, played a season in the German ice hockey league with the Kassel Huskies .

Career

Dambon began his active career at what was then ECD Sauerland . There he completed two good seasons in the Oberliga and recommended himself for a commitment to the Cologne EC in the 1st Bundesliga . During the 1992/93 season Dambon then moved one league lower to EHC Essen-West due to disappointing performances . Here, too, he only stayed two years and then joined the Kassel Huskies in 1994 in the then newly founded German Ice Hockey League. There he confirmed his reputation as an inconspicuous defender and received only 18 penalty minutes in 38 games for Kassel.

After this short interlude in the DEL, which lasted only one year, Teja Dambon played three more years in the 1st League North, including for ERC Westphalia Dortmund and Herner EG . He ended his active career in the summer of 1998 with the Iserlohner EC.
