Tekla Software is a family of products for creating 3D building models and building information modeling . The solutions are now being developed by Trimble.
history
Tekla was founded in 1966 as one of the first software companies in Finland. The company was based in Espoo . In July 2011, Tekla was acquired by Trimble Navigation Ltd. accepted. In January 2016, Tekla Corporation was renamed Trimble Solutions Corporation .

- Tekla Structures is Building Information Modeling (BIM) software that provides an open, precise and dynamic 3D environment for the construction industry. Tekla Structures is used in more than 80 countries.
- Tekla BIMsight is free software for model-based project collaboration on construction projects
