Teksla (Norwegian for cooper's ax ) is the largest island in the Colbeck Archipelago off the Mawson coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land .

Norwegian cartographers, who also named them, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
