Tektur (construction planning)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the construction industry, the term `` Tektur '' refers to the change of a building application by the applicant.

Architecture in building law

Architecture plans are required if the plans submitted in the building application are to be subsequently changed and approved. All changes to plans already submitted to the building authority, such as the omission or additional planning of a window, must be submitted as architecture before they are implemented. This also includes all other documents that are affected by the change, such as the building description , the area calculations, the shell construction costs, etc.
