Telephone help 147
The helpline 147 of Pro Juventute helps children and young people in Switzerland have questions, problems and emergencies on. Specialists answer questions about family, violence, addiction, school, job, love, friendship and sexuality. If necessary, they will refer you to specialist offices in the region. The number 147 is free, confidential and available around the clock, 365 days a year. The number 147 does not appear on the phone bill. In addition to telephone number 147, Advice + Help 147 can also be reached via SMS, chat and e-mail:
- SMS counseling 147: Children and young people send their question in an SMS to number 147. The request does not incur any costs.
- Chat advice 147: A chat room is available at www.147.ch for discussing questions and problems.
- E-mail 147: Children and young people can send an e-mail with their question to beratung@147.ch. The answer will be given within a maximum of three days.
147 is an offer from Pro Juventute (Switzerland). Consultations are carried out in German, French and Italian.
