Telepathe is an American music group that has existed since 2006 , whose music can best be classified under avant-garde or electro-pop . The group consists of the two New York musicians Busy Gangnes and Melissa Livaudais, former members of the disbanded band Wikkid . The band members live in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and are assigned to the local music scene. In January 2009 the first album was released, titled Dance Mother , produced by David Andrew Sitek ( TV on the Radio ), which includes the songs Chrome's on It and So Fine .
