Telesync

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Telesync (TS) is a form of ripping of films .

These film copies are mostly filmed from the screen with professional cameras in a mostly empty cinema. The image quality is usually better than with the so-called cam rip , as a camera attached to a tripod is usually used. In these productions, the sound is often taken directly from the projector or another external source ( line dubbed ), in these cases it is interference-free and usually even stereo. Alternatively, the Mic Dubbed process can be used.

Telesyncs are widely used on the internet because they can be created with relatively simple equipment. Often, new films appear on the Internet before their cinema premiere. This is mainly due to good connections between the warez scene and cinema employees.

The next higher level of quality to Telesync is the Telecine .
