The Tencent Seafront Towers (also Tencent Binhai Mansion ) are two twin towers existing building complex in Nanshan , Shenzhen . Construction began in 2012. The basic framework was in place in February 2015 and was completely expanded by mid-2017. The building is owned by Tencent , one of China's largest technology and telecommunications companies . The two towers are connected on three floors.
