TermBase eXchange

TermBase eXchange ( TBX ) is an XML -based markup language for the exchange of terminology data, which is usuallymanagedin terminology databases . Applications that support this format can exchange and maintain terminology with one another. Originally a standard of the Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA), the ISO adopted the standard and revised and specified it in ISO 30042, which is based on ISO 12620, ISO 12200 and ISO 16642.
