Tesna koža 4 ( Serbo-Croatian : The tight skin ) is the last part of the 4-part film series Tesna koža , the parts of which are among the most watched films in the former Yugoslavia . The film, produced in 1991, was directed by Milan Živkovic .

Pantić practices a speech in underwear in front of the mirror, because he expects a promotion and a raise in salary for his many years of work. His boss Srećko Šojić had promised him that he would “not stay in his position much longer”. Shortly afterwards, however, Pantić had to learn that he was not being promoted, but rather suspended from service after 35 years.
Pantić decides to take revenge for Šojić's cold-heartedness. He does everything in his power to uncover Šojić's machinations and spies on a villa as a false postman. He suspects that Šojić is planning something and catches him being hired by a gang boss to liquidate one of his companies so that the mafia can make a big profit.
