The Fairmont Pacific Rim is a 140 meter high hotel and residential building in Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada . The building has 44 floors. The first twenty floors comprise the five-star hotel with 377 rooms, with condominiums on the remaining upper floors.

The building was built for the 2010 Winter Olympics , which took place in Vancouver. The hotel is operated by the Canadian hotel group Fairmont Hotels and Resorts . The building is located at 299 Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver. It's located near the Vancouver waterfront. The port of Vancouver extends to the east .

The building has a 790 m² spa area, pools, several restaurants, bistros and conference rooms.
