The Gnomes are Adam Green's backing band , but they also often perform alone. They consist of Steven Mertens on electric bass , Parker Kindred on drums , Chris Isom on guitar and Nathan Brown on keyboards and Hammond organ .

After the CDs that they recorded together with Adam Green, their first CD was released in 2005 - the title is also The Gnomes . Stylistically, the band's music is a mixture of country rock and pop .
