The Steeple (English for the church tower ) is an approximately 500 m high mountain ridge on the Trinity Peninsula , the northeastern extension of the Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It forms the northwestern arm of the horseshoe-shaped Mount Carroll and extends 2.5 km south of the tip end of the Hope Bay on the eastern flank of the Depot glacier on.
Participants in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903) led by Otto Nordenskjöld discovered him. The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in 1945 gave it its descriptive name.
