The Wallows (English for The wallows are) a level in the northeastern part of Signy Iceland in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It is located 500 m south of Berry Head . The plain, in the center of which there is a small freshwater lake , is bordered by low mountain ridges.

Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations carried out a rough survey in 1933, while those in the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in 1947 carried out a more detailed survey. The latter named the plain because a herd of elephant seals wallow here to change their fur in the Antarctic summer months.
