The Wave (German: "Die Welle") is a skyscraper in Gold Coast , Australia . It has a height of 111 meters and 34 floors. It's on the corner of Surf Parade and Victoria Avenue in Broadbeach .

In a competition with 467 other buildings that rise over a height of 100 meters, the building was awarded the silver prize.

The offset balconies were named as they create a visual wave pattern. The 118 apartment balconies offer plenty of sun and shade. The tower has an underground car park, three floors are used commercially and the others are residential. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments located above the fourth floor.

In 2007 the building was featured in a Bollywood film.
