The Themis Nunatak is a large and around 800 m high nunatak with a flattened summit in the south of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . It rises 10 km west-southwest of Mount Umbriel .
Trimetrogon recordings by the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948) and measurements by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey between 1948 and 1950 were used to map it. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1974 based on the naming of the neighboring Saturn Glacier after the Saturn moon Themis .
