Theo Wirth
Theo Walter Wirth (* 1941 ) is a Swiss classical philologist and didactician .
He studied Classical Philology and Ancient History at the Universities of Zurich and Vienna . After completing his doctorate, he taught from 1967 to 2001 as main teacher and professor for Greek and Latin at the Cantonal School in Zurich . From 1983 to 2002 he also worked as a lecturer in the didactics of ancient languages at Zurich University. Since 1996 he has been a specialist editor for the Ancient Languages department on the SwissEduc education server .
