Theodor Krech (born May 7, 1877 in Rohr (Thuringia) , † August 18, 1932 in Meiningen ) was a German architect .

Born in Rohr, Krech worked as a “freelance architect and builder” in Meiningen. His main field of activity was Meiningen, but he also built in Gotha , Erfurt , Zella-Mehlis and Eisenach . He created mostly urban residential buildings and villas, including entire residential areas on the outskirts of Meiningen, but also some commercial buildings, churches and commercial buildings. One of his well-known buildings is Heinrich Beck's Art Nouveau institute in Meiningen. A large part of its buildings is under monument protection , some are included in the list of cultural monuments in Meiningen .
