Theodor Oberthür
Theodor Oberthür (born February 13, 1891 in Effelder ; † March 22, 1966 in Braunschweig ) was a Lower Saxony politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .
Oberthür was a trained master painter. He became a member of the appointed Lower Saxony State Parliament from December 9, 1946 to March 28, 1947.
