Theodor Seidl

Theodor Seidl (born September 15, 1945 in Munich ) is a German writer on the Old Testament .

After graduating from the Benedictine high school in Scheyern , receiving his doctorate from the University of Munich in 1975 and his habilitation from the University of Munich in 1982, Seidl taught as a professor at the University of Munich from 1986 and as a professor of the Old Testament and biblical-oriental languages ​​at the University of Würzburg . In 2010 he retired . He has lived in Veitshöchheim for many years .
