The Theologische Rundschau (abbreviated: ThR) is a German-language, quarterly theological review magazine . It is published by Mohr Siebeck Verlag in Tübingen.

The editor is Hans-Peter Großhans, the co-editors are Thomas Kaufmann , Ulrich HJ Körtner , Michael Meyer-Blanck, Konrad Schmid and Michael Tilly . The print run is 900 copies.

history

The first edition appeared in 1897 and was edited by Wilhelm Bousset and Wilhelm Heitmüller . The publication of the ThR was discontinued between 1917 and 1929. Under the direction of Rudolf Bultmann and Hans von Soden and with the participation of Walter Baumgartner , Hermann Faber, Friedrich Gogarten , Martin Heidegger and Friedrich Karl Schumann , the first year was published in 1929, which was given the addition New Series due to the pause in publication . This only disappeared from the title page of the ThR in 1984.
