Ophiuchids

The Ophiuchids are a relatively inconspicuous stream of falling stars , the meteors of which come from the constellation serpent bearer (lat. Ophiuchus ). The meteor shower occurs from June 17th to June 26th and has its maximum on June 20th . Its radian lies in a relatively star-poor area at the celestial coordinates 17:20 and −20 °, about 45 ° to the right below the bright summer triangle near the Scorpio .
