Thierry Carcenac
Thierry Carcenac (born December 19, 1950 in Lescure-d'Albigeois , Département Tarn ) is a French politician and was a member of the French National Assembly from 1997 to 2012 .
Thierry Carcenac is a member of the Socialist Group ( Groupe Socialiste ). He is now President of the Conseil Général du Tarn for the second time (until 2013). In 2007 he headed the Information Technology Committee of the Assembly of Départements in France. Carcenac's name is believed to come from the Breton city of Carnac .
