Thierry Dubois (* 1963 in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés ) is a French comic artist and illustrator .

Life

Dubois' drawing style is inspired by the Ligne claire Hergés . He prefers to draw cars and the street atmosphere, and is mainly concerned with Route nationale 7 . His stories mainly take place in the 1950s and 60s. He also works as an illustrator for the press and books.

One of his albums describes the history of the Geodis Calberson transport company (1904-2004).

He is currently working on a series on the history of the RN7 entitled La Route Bleue - Les Plus Belles Étapes de la RN7 .

As an author, he works with the Belgian comic artist Jean-Luc Delvaux on the series The Adventures of Jacques Gibrat , which is published in Germany by Salleck Publications . Six volumes have appeared in this series so far.
