The Thin Rock (from English thin , 'thin, narrow' ) is a long, narrow ledge in Queen Marie Land in East Antarctica . It rises 2.3 km southwest of The Miter on the north side of the Davis Peninsula .

Participants of the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911-1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson named him descriptively.
