Thomas Koppe (born April 24, 1973 in Weimar ) is a German songwriter and children's songwriter.

Life

Koppe has been a freelance songwriter since 2002 , primarily as a children's songwriter. By 2016 he had already given over 1000 concerts in kindergartens and primary schools as well as on cabaret stages and festivals. These include, for example, children's concerts at the Federal Garden Show in Gera / Ronneburg (2007) and children's concerts to join in at the Hessentage in Kassel (2013) and in Herborn (2016).

In 2014 Koppe took three first places in the cabaret song competition “No song for Germany” at the Gallus Theater in Frankfurt am Main.

In 2015 he took part in the event "Hessen laughs at the Fassenacht" with the song "Vogelsbergkreis". In 2016 he was there with the song "Doreen". In 2017 he could be seen with “The Mermaid from Edersee” at “North Hesse Celebrates Carnival”. In 2018 he sang "The most beautiful women of all" at the Hessen Fastnacht.

Thomas Koppe also teaches and conducts advanced training courses on children's songs. This includes the development of children's song programs ("The little green frog", "The snapped Santa Claus", "4 + 7 school stories" for kindergartens, elementary schools and children's parties).
