Thomas M. Klein
Thomas Klein (born March 18, 1962 ) is a German television journalist and TV producer.
From 1983 to 1999 he worked as a radio and TV journalist for the broadcaster Free Berlin , Deutschlandfunk and various ARD stations . From 1999 he was editor-in-chief and was responsible for the programming and expansion of the conurbation TV.Berlin of the KirchMedia Group . From 2001 to 2005 he hosted the daily news program Journal from Deutsche Welle ( DW-TV ). He has been chairman of the Berlin press conference since 2007 and has organized the media suite, a background session with politicians and journalists, since 2009. Thomas Klein studied analytical philosophy and advises media companies, politicians and cultural institutions on strategic issues. In 2009 he was named to the jury of the World Television Awards. Since June 2011, Thomas Klein has also been the editor of the European Circle .
