Thomas Parent
Thomas Parent (born March 2, 1949 in Lingen (Ems) ) is a German historian and museum employee.
Parent studied history and received his doctorate in 1979 with a study on the Cologne parliamentary festivals at the University of Cologne . In 1980 he received the Wolf-Erich-Kellner Prize for his dissertation . From 1983 to 2013 he was Deputy Director of the LWL Industrial Museum in Dortmund .
