Thomas Schlager-Weidinger (born April 2, 1966 in Gmunden ) is an Austrian historian , theologian and book author .

Life

Schlager-Weidinger completed a degree in history and religious education for teaching at secondary schools and a doctorate in systematic theology. He is a university professor at the Private Pedagogical University of the Diocese of Linz . The focus of research and publications is on the two Upper Austrian Nazi victims Franz Jägerstätter and Johann Gruber . He is also active as a poet .
