Thomas Steinböck
Thomas Steinböck was a Bavarian beer brewer, restaurateur and politician.
Steinböck came from Rosenheim , where he founded the Perlohnerbräu brewery in 1844 . Attached to it was the Perlohnkeller, a beer garden on the Rosenheimer Kellerberg Roßacker , which, after being renovated in 1861, was one of the largest and most popular in the city.
In addition to his gastronomic activity, Steinböck was also politically active. On May 18, 1865, he moved to the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies for the late pastor Sebastian Mühlthaler . After almost two years of membership, on March 17, 1867, he applied to leave the Chamber. His successor was the Teisendorfer beer brewer Max Wieninger .
