Thomas Emanuel Ulimwengu (born June 14, 1993 in Tanga ) is a Tanzanian football player .
The striker played in various youth national teams in Tanzania and made his international debut for the A-selection on November 27, 2010 .
Despite his small height of 1.75 m, he is strong at the ball. He was considered Tanzania's greatest football talent.
