Thoon (son of Icarius)
Thoon ( Greek Θόων ) is a person from Greek mythology .
In Homer's Odyssey , Thoon is named among the Phaiacs who participate in the festival in honor of Odysseus . After a scholion to the Odyssey , he is a son of Ikarios and Asterodeia , his siblings are Amasichos , Phalereus , Pheremmelias , Perilaos , Mede and Penelope , who later became the wife of Odysseus.
