Thore Enochsson, 1933

Thore Enochsson ( Thore Sixten Enochsson, later Thorhammer; born November 17, 1908 in Östersund , † March 14, 1993 in Bandhagen , Stockholm ) was a Swedish marathon runner .

In 1933, as in the previous year, he was Swedish champion. Second at the Italian Championship in Turin , he set his personal best on October 15 with 2:40:39 h.

In 1934 he won silver at the European Athletics Championships in Turin in 2:54:36 h, and in 1935 he was Swedish runner-up.

At the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, he came in tenth place in 2:43:12 h.

In 1938 and 1939 he was second in the Swedish championship.
