Thracian dynasty

The Thracian dynasty is the dynasty of Roman emperors founded by Emperor Leo I, a native of Thracian . She ruled the Eastern Roman Empire between 457 and 518 . The fall of the Western Roman Empire fell during her reign .

Members of the dynasty

The dynasty was also related to the Western Roman emperors Anthemius (467–472) and Julius Nepos (474–480) as well as the Eastern Roman usurpers and pretenders to the throne Marcianus (479), Longinus (491–492) and Hypatius (532).
