This episode list contains a listing of the episodes of the American animated series ThunderCats , sorted according to the order in which they were produced. A total of 130 episodes with an average episode length of 22 minutes in 4 seasons and a television film were produced.
The series premiered in the United States, starting with the pilot that aired on January 23, 1985. The remaining episodes were followed between 12 September 1985 and 29 September 1989. In Germany Thundercats was first, on 18 April 1991 at the scope of the children's program Bim Bam Bino , at Sat.1 shown. The one season broadcast 65 episodes in 1985, followed in 1986 by the television film ThunderCats - HO! , which, divided into 5 episodes in the following year and incorporated into the repetition of the first season, introduced the second season. Seasons 2, 3, and 4 followed a different release format of 20 episodes each, starting with a five-part introductory plot. In some cases, 2 seasons of 65 episodes each are assumed, with the pilot film and seasons 2 to 4 being counted as a second 65-part series.
