Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Binhai Center is a skyscraper in the Chinese city of Tianjin . The building, designed by the US architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill , will be one of the tallest in the world after its completion in 2019.

Construction work on the project presented in 2011 began in spring 2013 and was completed in 2019. The skyscraper reaches a height of 530 meters, making it one of the tallest in the world. Within the city, however, the Goldin Finance 117 , which was originally under construction for 2015, will be slightly higher at 597 meters. Although this has reached its final height, it should not be completed until 2020. Architecturally, the building is characterized by a slim shape, while it tapers slightly towards the top. The last of the 97 floors is at a height of 452 meters, above which an almost 80 meter high glass structure follows to the final height. Since there are only lower skyscrapers in the immediate vicinity, the Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Binhai Center occupies a dominant position on the skyline. The building is to be used for several purposes: the establishment of office space was planned in the lower area, while a hotel with 350 suites was planned in the middle. In the upper part, luxury apartments, 300 in number, are to be built. The total usable area is more than 250,000 square meters.
The building is not to be confused with the one in Guangzhou located Chow Tai Fook Center , which is also 530 meters high.
