from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tiberius Memmius Ulpianus (full name form Tiberius Memmius Titi filius Palatina Ulpianus ) was a member of the Roman equestrian order ( Eques ).

Two dedicatory inscriptions found at Lambaesis in the province of Numidia prove that Ulpianus was prefect of the Cohors II civium Romanorum equitata pia fidelis . The inscriptions also indicate that he was then Tribunus militum of the Legio III Augusta , which was stationed in Lambaesis from 129 AD.

Ulpianus was inscribed in the tribe of Palatina .
