Tierra Santa is a metal band from La Rioja , Spain . The name of the band translates as Holy Earth . Stylistically, it is usually assigned to the subcategories Power Metal and Heavy Metal .
The band was formed in 1997. Collaborations with bands such as Mägo de Oz and appearances at larger concerts made her known in Spanish-speaking countries.
In their texts, which are always in Spanish, except in cover versions, the group mostly sings about historical events (for example: Caballo de Troya - Trojan horse , Reconquista - re-conquest ).
