Tiffany is the debut album by the American singer Tiffany . It was released in September 1987.
history
Recordings for the album began in 1984 when Tiffany was twelve and did not finish until May 1987. Over four million copies of the album were sold. It contains two cover versions: I Saw Him Standing There (Original: I Saw Her Standing There by The Beatles from 1963) and I Think We're Alone Now (Originally by Tommy James & the Shondells from 1967). Although the first release Danny did not have the desired success, the worldwide sales success came with the song I Think We're Alone Now .

The album received mixed reviews. Bryan Buss of Allmusic gave it 2.5 stars and said it would be a reasonably successful debut for such a young artist. Robert Christgau awards the grade B and thinks that Beatlemaniacs would like Tiffany's music.
