Tiflorex (also: Flutiorex ) is an anorectic which , in terms of its structure, belongs to the class of phenethylamines . It is said to have hardly any stimulating effect, so that heart rate, sleep and mood remain unaffected. It should be about twice as effective as the anorectic fenfluramine .
