The ice hockey club Tigrene was a Norwegian ice hockey club from Oslo .

history

The IK Tigrene took part for the first time in the 1951/52 season in the game operation of the 1st divisjon , the then highest Norwegian league. In the seasons 1956/57 and 1960/61 the team won the Norwegian championship . For the 1969/70 season , the club was merged with IF Frisk , which had the significantly better infrastructure after the completion of the Askerhallen , while Tigrene had the better players. Then the game was continued in the tradition of the IF Frisk.
