Timothy C. Collins (born October 8, 1956 ) is the former CEO of the US company Ripplewood Holdings , which specializes in corporate takeovers. He founded the company , which currently manages approximately USD 4 billion in capital, in 1995 .

Collins graduated from Yale University .
