Tin-Chau Tsui

Tin-Chau Tsui ( Chinese  徐 天 就 , Pinyin Xú Tiānjiù , W.-G. Hsü T'ien-Ch'iu , Zhuyin ㄒ ㄩ ˊ ㄊ ㄧ ㄢ ˉ ㄐ ㄧ ㄡ ˋ , Jyutping ceoi 4 tin 1 zau 6 , Yale chèuih tín jauh ; * 1958 in Hong Kong ) is a Dutch sinologist with Chinese roots who is well known in the Chinese community. In 1972 he emigrated to the Netherlands.

Life

After high school he studied at the “Katholieke Pedagogische Academie” in Maastricht and at the “ Rijksuniversiteit Leiden ” with a focus on the languages ​​and cultures of China .

Tsui is a college lecturer in Chinese and a secondary school teacher. He also develops teaching materials and teaching methods for his Chinese lessons and for Chinese (Saturday) schools in the Netherlands. He is known for his Dutch course “Chinees?
