Tine Bryld (born December 18, 1939 in Frederiksberg ; † April 21, 2011 , born Begtrup ) was a Danish social worker , author , radio presenter and editor-in-chief.

Life

Tine Bryld was the daughter of the doctor Erik Begtrup and his wife Bodil Holm. After training as a social worker, she started working in Mødrehjælpen in 1965 , a welfare organization for mothers. She worked as a social worker in Christiania .

Tine Bryld was best known for her radio show Tværs , a live broadcast where young listeners in particular could call and ask questions. She advised young people on life issues for 36 years. In addition, Tine Bryld edited the letters to the editor of the Danish women's magazine Alt for Damerne ( Everything for women ) and wrote numerous books, of which the trilogy Liv og Alexander (1982-84) is the best known. Bryld received several Danish awards.

Tine Bryld was married twice: from 1961 to 1968 with the historian Claus Bryld and from 1975 until his death in 2008 with the architect Arne Gaardmand . Bryld had three children.
