The Tirana East Gate (abbreviation: TEG ) is a leisure and shopping center on the outskirts of the Albanian capital Tirana . It is about four kilometers from the city center, directly on the SH3 national road near Lundra .

The Tirana East Gate was officially opened on November 26th, 2011 by Prime Minister Sali Berisha and other representatives of Albanian politics and is the largest shopping center in Albania with around 90,000 square meters of shopping space.

The building has two floors and houses 180 shops, 10 bar-cafés and 5 restaurants. Around 3,300 parking spaces are available. Around 2,000 people are employed in the shopping center. Many internationally known brands are setting foot in Albania for the first time here. These include the French retailer Carrefour as well as fashion brands like Orsay . In addition to the range of shops and restaurants, there is also a cinema, a casino, an ice rink, a bowling alley and an exhibition area for car models that are being promoted in Albania. There is also a spa near Tirana East Gate , one of the largest in Albania.

The realization cost around 104 million euros and took 18 months to complete.

Four bus routes connect the city center with the Tirana East Gate .
