Titular diocese of Chersonesus in Europe
Chersonesus in Europa ( Italian : Chersoneso di Europa ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishop's seat in the Roman province of Europe (European part of today's Turkey ). The bishopric was assigned to the ecclesiastical province of Heraclea Perinthus .
