Titular diocese of Mela
Mela is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a former bishopric in the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Bithynia et Pontus or in late antiquity Bithynia in Asia Minor (today Turkey ). It belonged to the Ecclesiastical Province of Nicaea .
