Titular diocese of Sorres
Sorres is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
The village is in the province of Sassari in Sardinia and has been known since the 12th century as evidence of an old bishopric . The name Sorres is also associated with the Benedictine monastery of San Pietro di Sorres .
